Information we share

When you register with the Beck Veterinary Practice, request treatment for your animal, contact the practice by email, telephone or in writing we will collect and process personal information about you.

We understand the importance of looking after your personal information that you provide and this notice sets out what personal information we collect, why we need to collect it, how we will use it and how long we will store it for.

We will share information about you with referral practices, laboratories, your pets insurance company, credit reference and fraud prevention agencies, law enforcement agencies and in extreme cases, debt collection agencies. Typically we will share your name, address, phone number and email address.

If you move practice we will share all your information except credit/debit cards with your new practice. If you have any questions or concerns you can email us enquiries@whitbyvet.co.uk and request the information we hold on you.
