Qualifications/training/experience: B.Ed Hons. I was a biology teacher in my previous job.

When joined Beck: 1988.

What I like about working here:  Making a difference to clients, especially when they are anxious about their pets, and working with some wonderful people in a fabulous area.

My pets: I have had three golden retrievers throughout my life.  The first one was how I met my husband!  I now have a rescue cat call, Genevieve.
